Global Goals Illustration

"In 2015, world leaders agreed to 17 goals for a better world by 2030. These goals have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change. Guided by the goals, it is now up to all of us, governments, businesses, civil society and the general public to work together to build a better future for everyone."

I'm so happy to be able to share this now. I jumped at the chance when I was asked to help promote and illustrate 'Goal 15 - Life On Land' by Project Everyone, a not-for-profit agency devised by the brilliant, Richard Curtis. Because 'life on land' and especially nature conservation is very important to me and my art, it wasn't too much of a challenge to come up with something I'm passionate about. Our pollinating Insects are facing extinction! Here is a link that will help you understand and give you ideas on how you can help. https://pollinator.org/pollinators So there it is. My pollinators illustration along with a short quote from me, used for the promotions. “Protecting and restoring Life on Land, couldn’t be more important than it is right now. We hugely rely on the lives of our planet's pollinators. They are helping us and we definitely need to do more to help them - and fast." Links to the Global Goals social media for a closer look.
